Request account & data deletion
CrewPathPro is operated by MV Code Foundry LLC. This page explains how to ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it.
If you have an active subscription, cancel or resolve billing with us first when applicable. Our Terms of Service state that you have 15 days after cancellation or termination to export your data; after that period, data may be deleted without further notice. We still honor deletion requests sent as described below.
How to request deletion
- Email privacyterms@crewpathpro.com from the email address on your CrewPathPro account (or, if you no longer have access to it, tell us the registered email and any other details that help us verify you).
- Use a clear subject line such as Account deletion request.
- In the body, ask us to delete your account and associated data, and include:
- The email you use to sign in
- Your name and, if relevant, company or team name on the account
- Any additional identifiers that will help us locate your account (optional but helps us process faster)
We will verify your request and respond using that mailbox. If we need more information to confirm your identity, we will ask.
What we delete
After your request is verified, we work to delete or anonymize personal and business content tied to your use of CrewPathPro where we are not required to keep it, including for example:
- Your user profile and authentication record for the service
- Team or workspace memberships and settings that are not needed for legal retention
- Operational data you stored in the product (such as clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, time records, documents, and similar content), subject to the exceptions below
Deletion is performed as promptly as practicable; complex accounts may take longer to fully process.
What we may retain (and for how long)
Some information may be kept where the law, fraud prevention, payment rules, or legitimate business needs require it, for example:
- Billing and transaction records (amounts, dates, identifiers needed for taxes, chargebacks, or audits) for the period required by law or by our payment partners—often several years, depending on jurisdiction and obligation
- Minimal records of that you requested deletion or that we closed an account, as needed for compliance and dispute resolution
- Aggregated or de-identified data that does not reasonably identify you
When retention applies, we limit use to those purposes and retain data no longer than necessary for them. For the general framework, see our Privacy Policy.
