Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the refund practices of CrewPathPro, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by MV Code Foundry LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to or using CrewPathPro, you ("Customer," "User," or "Subscriber") acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. General Policy

All subscription fees for CrewPathPro are billed in advance and are non-refundable once payment has been processed. By initiating or renewing a subscription, you expressly agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason other than those expressly stated in this Policy.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings within the CrewPathPro platform.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to the platform and its services until that date.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

3. Refunds for Billing Errors and Special Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, the Company may issue refunds at its sole discretion. Such cases include, but are not limited to:

  • Verified duplicate payments or billing errors;
  • Proven unauthorized charges caused by system error; or
  • Other extraordinary situations deemed appropriate by MV Code Foundry LLC.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@crewpathpro.com within seven (7) calendar days of the charge in question. The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

4. No Obligation to Refund

Except as expressly stated in Section 3, the Company has no obligation to provide refunds or credits under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the platform or its features;
  • User error or failure to cancel in a timely manner;
  • Inability to access the service due to third-party issues (e.g., internet connectivity, device malfunctions, etc.).

All decisions regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

5. Amendments

MV Code Foundry LLC reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the CrewPathPro website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
